What Is Ballancer®Pro?

Ballancer®Pro is an FDA-approved compression therapy* system designed to provide various therapeutic benefits to the body. It utilizes a technology known as “lymphatic drainage massage” or “lymphatic drainage compression therapy” to enhance lymphatic circulation, help detoxify the body, and promote overall wellness. The system consists of a specialized garment and a control unit that delivers sequential compression to different areas of the body.

What Are the Benefits of Ballancer®Pro?

Referred to as the “Rolls-Royce Of Lymphatic Massage,” the Ballancer®Pro system can deliver all the advantages of a lymphatic drainage treatment and more. The techniques used in a traditional (i.e. manual) lymphatic massage aim to encourage the removal of excess fluid, toxins, and waste products from the tissues by stimulating the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. Accordingly, the Ballancer®Pro system was designed to provide these same advantages – with the help of advanced compression technology that can treat the entire body at once.

When administered by a qualified provider, the Ballancer®Pro treatment can deliver benefits such as:

  • Removal of toxins, wastes, lactic acids, and other harmful fluids from the lymphatic system
  • Increased circulation, immune function, and congestion
  • Reduction of cellulite, swelling, and other unwanted phenomena
  • Ability to ease issues such as water retention (puffiness), digestion problems, and muscle soreness
  • A typically very relaxing and comfortable procedure

How Does the Ballancer®Pro Treatment Work?

After the Ballancer®Pro device is powered on, the patient simply puts on the suit, which is made up of separate compartments for specific body areas, such as the legs, arms, and abdomen. The garment is available in different sizes, and was designed to adjust easily and fit comfortably.

Once the garment is applied, the Ballancer®Pro system should deliver sequential pneumatic compression to the targeted areas. The control unit inflates and deflates the individual compartments of the garment in a specific sequence, applying gentle pressure and releasing it in a rhythmic pattern. Sessions typically last between 30 minutes to one hour, and patients often report that the treatment feels as nurturing and revitalizing as a high-quality manual massage.

While the Ballancer®Pro treatment can be extremely effective on its own, it is often incorporated into non-surgical treatment plans to enhance absorption and potentially reduce bruising or swelling. Alternatively, the procedure can be performed after a major surgical procedure (e.g. liposuction) to improve circulation and potentially hasten the recovery process.

How Much Does the Ballancer®Pro Treatment Cost?

Ballancer®Pro pricing at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics generally goes as follows:

  • $200 for a single treatment
  • $175 for a single pre- or post-surgical treatment
  • $990 for a package of six treatments
  • $1800 for a package of 12 treatments
  • $3000 for a package of 24 treatments
